Our proxies are provided for ethical and legal use only. Any activity involving hacking, spamming, or unauthorized access to systems or accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
We aim for 99.9% uptime, but proxy stability ultimately depends on upstream network carriers beyond our control. We do not guarantee permanent speed or availability at all times.
Refunds are only available if a proxy is completely non-functional from the start. No refund will be issued if the proxy has been active for more than 3 hours, or if more than 50–100MB of data has already been used through it. Refund requests are limited to 4 per day.
We only collect the minimal information required to run your account, such as your email address and transaction history. We do not log or store your browsing activity.
Your account credentials and access tokens are encrypted. We use anti-fraud and bot-detection systems to help protect our network and your account.
